DO YOU WORK FOR OIL & GAS OR PIPELINE COMPANIES?Absolutely not! We only work for landowners and individuals who own oil & gas assets in Alberta & Saskatchewan. We are incredibly passionate about our landowner representation and are committed to levelling the playing field for our members. We feel it would be disingenuous to represent landowners while simultaneously representing gas or pipeline companies.

DO YOU HAVE A POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH OIL & GAS COMPANIES?Yes! We have negotiated many surface leases, pipeline agreements, and many other contracts with different companies. We have built positive working relationships with companies and their representatives. These healthy working relationships have often enabled us to expedite the negotiation process and maintain lines of communication. However, do not confuse a "working relationship" with anything more than a strictly "working" relationship. Our clients always come first. Building positive working relationships has proven to be a valuable tool in representing landowners to obtain the most robust agreements for their property.

NOT EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF A FAMILY FARM. DO YOU?Our founders as well as many of our staff, grew up and worked on the family farm. Some of us still do. Our childhoods and family backgrounds provide a unique understanding of the heartfelt value of each landowner's property. As the sons and daughters of farmers and ranchers, we genuinely appreciate the more profound value of a landowner's property and the heart that goes into what you do. WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR REPRESENTATION?Give us a call to discuss our fee agreement options. We can answer any questions you have. We have options from annual memberships to one time mediation fees. We will tailor our services to your needs. We structure our fees to help and protect you as the landowner, not exploit you. Effectively representing our clients is not a part-time job. Our primary commitment is providing the best possible landowner oil and gas representation. Agri-Energy Partners will work tirelessly to ensure each client obtains the best possible results. You are not a name on a file but a member of the Agri-Energy Partners family that will receive the personal attention you deserve.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A 'MEMBER'?Annual membership with Agri-Energy Partners is based on a per lease fee and comes with a number of benefits. #1 is Asset Management! All of your lease information is added to our secure, custom database which allows us to track your surface leases for you, provide you with annual payment schedules (accountants love these!) and track your rent reviews to ensure we do them on time. The goal of membership is to increase your bottom line! Other membership benefits include: - Access to our secure client portal for quick access to your documents and information - Negotiations on new agreements, rent reviews and damages - Supervision of well site and pipeline construction - Ariel photos of your oil and gas assets - Help with unpaid lease payments - Discounts on Rental Recovery application rates for unpaid leases in Alberta - Assurance of weed control maintenance - Coordination of surveys - Expert witness and hearing representation - Referrals for additional professional services Heck we've pulled calves, provided delivery services, tested baking (haha) and so much more...
